Employees gained clear visibility into their schedules, allowing them to check shifts from anywhere using the mobile app and request shift trades directly from their phones.

This transparency helps staff coordinate schedule changes more efficiently. Employees can see who may be available for shift swaps and understand how existing time-off requests might affect scheduling.

“If we still had spreadsheets to manage staff schedules and were using printout schedules, we would have big problems,” says Michaelson. “Now that we have multiple locations, it’s critical that our staff have clear visibility into when and where they are working to avoid staff showing up at the wrong place at the wrong time.”
