NelsonHall has named TCP a Leader in its 2026 Workforce Management: Employee Experience Transformation evaluation, with Leader status in two categories and Innovator status in two more.
The NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) analyzes the performance of vendors offering workforce management (WFM) services. The NEAT tool gives strategic sourcing managers the information they need to assess vendors across a range of criteria and business situations with a specific focus on scheduling, workforce planning, employee experience, and multi-country delivery.
The report evaluates vendors on both their “ability to deliver immediate benefit” and their “ability to meet client future requirements.” Vendors are identified in one of four categories: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators, and Major Players.
TCP was recognized in four categories:
- Leader β Overall Workforce Management
- Leader β Scheduling & Workforce Planning Capability
- Innovator β Multi-Country Capability
- Innovator β Employee Experience Capability
