How does Humanity Schedule pricing work? 

Pricing is based on the plan and the number of employees. Charges are prorated — employees added partway through the contract term will only be charged for the days after they were added.

What is considered an ‘employee’ in Humanity Schedule? 

Pricing is based on the number of employees, which includes managers, administrators, and employees who have login credentials for Humanity Schedule.

How does the Humanity Schedule free trial work?

Try it, it’s on us. Create an account and get unlimited access to the Humanity Schedule Professional plan for 30 days — no contracts or credit card required. You even get free phone and email support if you have questions about setting up your account.

That’s right, you get free access to all scheduling, time tracking, and reporting features, and the Humanity Schedule mobile app. Basically, everything most organizations need to automate and easily manage complex and dynamic scheduling. 

How long does the Humanity Schedule free trial last?

The free trial of Humanity Schedule lasts for 30 days. For example, if you start your trial on August 29, your trial will end on September 28.

What happens at the end of the free trial? 

At the end of the trial period, you will have the option to subscribe to either the Essentials or Professional plans. If you need help choosing a plan or you’d like to upgrade to the Enterprise plan, please contact our sales team

Which plans are self-serve? 

Self-serve plans are plans that include monthly and annual billing options — allowing you to manage billing directly through the application. Self-serve plans include Essentials and Professional. 

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For Professional and Enterprise plans purchased through our sales team, we can issue an annual invoice with payment via ACH (US only), checks, and wire transfer. Please contact sales for more information.

What payment currencies do you accept? 

All prices on our website and payments are in USD. 

After I purchase, can I change my plan? 

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at the end of the term (monthly or annual). If you’d like to upgrade in the middle of your term, please contact our sales team for assistance.
