Humanity’s Remote Site Clock In/Out Feature Makes It Easy to Track Remote Employee Time Clock Behavior and Their Location


Do you have a business with multiple locations? Do your employees not follow proper clock in/out rules when they work on remote locations? No problem. Now with Humanity, you can not only track employee GPS locations when they clock in/out but also make them mandatory to clock in/out from a predefined remote location.

Our new remote site clock in/out feature provides the ability for managers/admins to make your employees select a predefined location before clock in/out.

How to Use This Feature?

You can enable the option of forcing employees to select the remote sites they are working on by going to,

Admin tab>> Account setting and scroll down to Time Clock setting and enable this option:

(Note: This option is only available while clocking in/out from the browser app)

When employee Clocks In, he can simply select the option to update the remote site:

Select the appropriate location from the existing list:

It will be marked on the time frame of the employee:

And later it can be seen by managers in the “Manage Timesheets” option:

This feature can help managers to determine the number of employees working at a remote location and also clock in/out behavior on remote sites.
