ScheduleAnywhere by TCP Software Receives Platinum Distinction in 2023 Modern Library Awards from LibraryWorks
Austin, TX – January 24, 2023 – TCP Software, a leading provider of employee time, attendance, and scheduling solutions, is proud to announce that ScheduleAnywhere, its cloud-based, SaaS employee scheduling tool, has received the platinum distinction in LibraryWorks’ ninth annual Modern Library Awards. The ScheduleAnywhere software is easy to use and ideal for libraries of all sizes, including those with multiple departments or locations.
For the fourth year in a row, ScheduleAnywhere by TCP Software has been recognized by the Modern Library Awards for its software solution that streamlines library staff scheduling, allowing libraries and library systems to create an unlimited number of online schedules from any computer or mobile device. On a scale of 1-10, ScheduleAnywhere was rated 9 and above by judges, all of whom are customers who regularly use the platform, across all five questions. This marks the second time ScheduleAnywhere received Modern Library Awards’ platinum distinction.
The Modern Library Awards were created to recognize the top products and services in the library industry in a truly unbiased format. Products and services were batched into small groups and sent to the LibraryWorks database of more than 80,000 librarians at public, K-12, academic, and special libraries. Only customers with experience with these products/services in their facilities were permitted to judge the products/services, resulting in a truly unbiased score. Each judge scored the product on a numeric basis from 1-10 on a series of questions regarding functionality, value, customer service, etc.

Using ScheduleAnywhere, administrators can assign tasks to each shift and can instantly view how many employees are scheduled by location, shift and service point. ScheduleAnywhere ensures proper shift and service point coverage and fundamentally reduces scheduling errors and conflicts. The software also tracks certifications and training, manages staff availability, and can estimate labor costs.
